From drawing to delivery
Every stage is coordinated with your team — no surprises.

01
Design and 3D Modeling
We work from your technical brief or your architect's drawings, take our own measurements on site, and set the exact dimensions, materials and finishes. You get a 3D visualisation and a full itemised quote to sign off — nothing is cut before that.

02
Manufacturing
Once the design is signed off, the order is built in our own workshop in Parkent: panels cut and edge-banded, drilled to the exact Blum and Hettich mechanisms being fitted, sprayed and cured in an enclosed booth, then fully assembled. Every piece in the batch is checked against the drawing and adjusted on the bench before it ships — a fault is found here, not on your site. No stage is subcontracted, and that is what keeps a hundred identical pieces actually identical.

03
Delivery and Installation
We deliver the finished pieces to your site ourselves, and our own fitters install them rather than a contract crew. Depending on the size and complexity of the order, installation takes anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days, and it can be phased around your opening date or a floor that is still in use.
Questions
Frequently asked questions from business clients
The questions we hear most about bulk orders, timelines, and terms.
There's no hard floor — Mebelix takes on anything from a small trial batch of 5-10 pieces to orders of several hundred. Volume is worked out at the start of the project, and the per-unit price is quoted before you commit to anything.
A standard bulk order takes 3-6 weeks depending on volume and materials — longer than a single residential project, because the whole batch is built and checked as one run. The exact date is fixed in the contract once the 3D design and the quote are signed off, and the clock starts there.
Yes — for larger projects Mebelix builds a single sample piece first, in the exact materials and hardware specified, so you can check the finish, the colour and the mechanisms in person before the batch is cut.
Mebelix invoices registered businesses directly. Typically part of the total is paid upfront and the rest on delivery — exact percentages are set in the contract.
Yes, the delivery date is fixed in the contract, along with what happens on our end if there's a delay we're responsible for. Because Mebelix manufactures in its own workshop and subcontracts no stage, the schedule doesn't depend on another supplier's queue.
Yes — Mebelix matches colour, material and finish to your branding and can engrave or inlay a logo, all specified in the project brief and shown in the 3D design before production starts.
