Who we are

Mebelix is a furniture workshop in Parkent, Tashkent region, working since 2015. This notice covers mebelix.uz and the enquiry forms on it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form yourself. There is no account to create, and we never ask for card or payment details.

• Your name and phone number — required, so that we can call you back.
• Your email, your message, your company name and your order size — optional, and only if you fill them in.
• How you found us — the page you landed on first, the site that linked you here, and any campaign tag that was in the link. This is stored with your enquiry so we can tell which of our efforts actually reach people. It says nothing about who you are.
• We also use Yandex Metrica to count visits and see which pages get read. That is aggregate traffic measurement, not profiling, and it never receives your name or phone number.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange measurements or delivery. There is no other purpose.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. It reaches only the services listed below, each acting on our instructions.

Who else can see it

These services act on our instructions. The first three receive your enquiry; the last only ever sees that a page was visited:

• Neon — hosts the database your enquiry is stored in.
• Resend — delivers the notification email to our team.
• Telegram — delivers the same notification to our staff's phones.
• Yandex Metrica — measures how the site is used. It sees page visits, never the contents of your enquiry.

Cookies

Our site sets two cookies of its own. One is a login token, and only for our own staff on the admin panel. The other records how you first arrived — the site that linked you and any campaign tag — and is attached to your enquiry if you send one. It contains no name, phone number or identifier, and it expires after 90 days.

Yandex Metrica sets its own cookies, which is how it tells a returning visit from a new one.

Two embedded third parties also set cookies as soon as they load: the Yandex map showing our workshop, and the Instagram reels on the About page. We load the map only once it scrolls into view, so nothing is requested from Yandex until you actually reach it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them for the job and any follow-up. A removed enquiry is marked as deleted and is no longer used.

If you would like your enquiry erased sooner, just ask.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Call or write to us — the phone number, email and Telegram are above.

Changes

If the way we handle enquiries changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
