A designer comes to you, takes the dimensions and records how far the walls and ceiling are out of true, plus sockets and pipework. Free of charge.

Every piece is fully assembled in the workshop first.
Assembling furniture for the first time in the customer's home is the most common mistake in this trade. We build it here, adjust it, and only then take it apart to move it.

Check against the drawing
Cut panels are measured against the design. Anything out of tolerance is re-cut before it goes further.

Dry assembly
The piece goes together completely in the workshop — doors, drawers, shelves, all in place.

Adjust the mechanisms
Every door and drawer is opened and closed. Hinges and runner systems are set here, on the bench.

Inspect the surfaces
Edges, banding and the sprayed finish are checked under light. Only then does it get packed.
People do the work; the machines help.
There are 15–20 people in the workshop — a saw operator, assemblers, a sprayer and installers. The machines give the accuracy, but every order passes through someone's hands.
