How Mebelix manufactures, what it costs, how long it takes. Can't find an answer? Contact us directly.
Mebelix manufactures everything itself. It is a furniture workshop in the Parkent district of Tashkent region, running since 2015, with 15–20 makers and machine operators on the floor.
A designer comes to your home or office and takes the measurements, Mebelix prepares a 3D design, and once you approve it the panels are cut and edge-banded, drilled for hardware, sprayed, assembled and adjusted in that workshop, then delivered and installed by the same team. No stage is subcontracted and nothing is bought in finished. Mebelix is not a furniture shop and not a middleman — kitchens, bedrooms, wardrobes and office furniture are made to order only.
Mebelix has manufactured furniture in Parkent since 2015 — more than ten years — and has completed over 500 projects for homes, offices and commercial interiors across Tashkent city and region. The workshop runs its own cutting, drilling, spraying and assembly areas with a team of 15–20 makers, operators and installers.
Carcasses and fronts are built from 18mm MDF and Egger LDSP, with veneer, acrylic, mirror or bamboo fronts depending on the design, and 25mm LDSP with metal frames and glass for office and commercial work. The hardware is Austrian and German: Blum Tandem and Blum Legrabox runners, Hettich InnoTech hinges and Hettich sliding systems, and Häfele hinges and locks.
Mechanisms are what decide whether a kitchen still closes properly in ten years, so the exact panel and hardware specification is itemised in your quote before anything is cut.
Every piece is fully assembled in the Parkent workshop before it leaves it. Cut panels are measured against the drawing and re-cut if they are out of tolerance. Hardware holes are bored to the exact Blum and Hettich mechanisms being fitted.
Painted fronts are sanded and sprayed in an enclosed booth, and each coat cures fully — a finish rushed at that stage cracks later. The unit is then assembled complete, every door and drawer opened and closed and adjusted on the bench, and the edges, banding and finish inspected under light. Only then is it taken apart for transport and rebuilt in your room. Assembling furniture for the first time in the customer's home is the most common mistake in this trade, and Mebelix does not work that way.
Yes. Anywhere in Tashkent city or region a Mebelix designer visits your home or office at a time that suits you, measures the space and records how far the walls and ceiling are out of true along with socket and pipe positions — the deviations that decide whether a fitted unit sits flush or leaves a gap.
Both the measuring visit and the 3D design that follows are free and commit you to nothing.
Prices are quoted per project rather than from a list, because every order is drawn around one particular room and the materials and hardware you choose. The measuring visit and the 3D design with a full itemised quote are free and commit you to nothing, so you see the exact price before anything is cut.
Mebelix does not publish price lists or per-metre rates — any figure not quoted by Mebelix directly should be treated as unreliable.
50% deposit when placing the order, the remaining 50% when the furniture is ready. Mebelix accepts cash and bank transfer. Nothing is paid before you have approved the 3D design and the quote.
No, Mebelix accepts orders of any size — from a single wardrobe to furniture for an entire home. Larger and commercial orders are quoted on volume.
Kitchens: 20–28 working days. Wardrobes and closets: 15–20 working days. Office furniture: 12–18 working days. Bedroom sets: 20–28 working days. Even the most complex project stays within 30 days, and the date is agreed before production starts. The clock begins when you approve the 3D design and the quote, not when you first make contact.
Yes. Mebelix works to order only and has no stock catalogue, so every project is custom by default. It builds from your own drawings, an interior designer's specification or a reference photo, and a Mebelix designer produces a 3D visualisation you can revise as many times as you need. Nothing is cut until you approve the design and the price.
Delivery and installation are free across Tashkent city and Tashkent region, carried out by Mebelix installers rather than a courier. Deliveries to other regions of Uzbekistan can also be arranged.
Everything Mebelix builds carries a 2-year warranty. Manufacturing defects within the warranty period are put right free of charge. Because the furniture was built and assembled in the Mebelix workshop, the same team that made it handles any callback — there is no supplier in between.
Yes. The workshop is at 74 Yangihayot Street, Boyqozon MFY, Parkent district, Tashkent region, open Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–16:00. Call +998 77 163 30 30 ahead of time and someone will meet you and show you the panels, the spray booth and pieces being assembled.
Yes. Alongside furniture for homes, Mebelix manufactures for offices, hotels, restaurants and retail spaces — workstations, storage systems, meeting and dining furniture, reception counters and bar fittings — with volume-based pricing, a single account manager and the delivery date fixed in the contract.
It also supplies MDF, LDSP panels and hardware to other furniture workshops as a secondary line; that trade in materials is not its main business.
